This policy applies to the Roomote marketing site, the Roomote web application, preview and sandbox surfaces delivered as part of the product, and communications or workflows tied to your Roomote account. If a separate policy or notice applies to a specific integration, partner workflow, or enterprise agreement, that notice controls for that specific use case.

- Authentication providers used to create and manage user sessions and organization access.
- Analytics, support, monitoring, and communications providers used to understand product usage, respond to support requests, monitor errors, and send email or in-app communications.
- Model and inference providers selected by you, your organization, or Roomote configuration in order to generate AI-assisted output.
- Connected integration providers such as GitHub, Slack, Linear, or Figma when you authorize a connection or ask Roomote to act in those systems.
